Mangaldai College Central Library

Mangaldai College Central Library was established in 1956 but it started functioning from 1965 with 4000 books approximately to fulfill the information needs of student’s teachers and other faculties of the college. Library building is located at the central place of the college and easily accessible by the students, staff and others. The facility of “Open Access System” adopted in the Library. Computerized and manual circulation is made available for issue, return and renewal of books. Currently the library is using DDC 23rd edition classification. The library is a “Heart” of the institute. Teaching and learning system are supported by library through reading material. Our library is well equipped with text books, reference books, journals, periodicals and newspapers etc. The library is providing various services to its users and trying to develop it for the benefits of the users. The library has connected with INFLIBNET’s N-LIST program.
